Terms & Conditions
Booking information for guided tours, bike rental and race assistance, including payments, vehicle deposits, changes and cancellations.
1. About Enduro-Ride

Your written offer and booking confirmation identify the services, price, dates and conditions agreed for your trip. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.
2. Reservation requests and confirmation
The reservation form sends an availability request. It does not take payment or automatically confirm a booking. Provide your preferred tour, arrival and departure dates, group size and experience level so our team can check availability.
We discuss your request by email, confirm the proposed arrangements and provide the reservation-deposit invoice. Your booking is confirmed when we issue the final written booking confirmation following the required payment. Wait for confirmation of your dates before committing to flights.
The person arranging a group booking should provide accurate details and share the offer, participation requirements and these terms with everyone in the group.
3. Prices, deposits and payment
Prices are in euros. A “from” price depends on the conditions shown on the tour page, including group size and whether a buggy is shared or driven solo. Your written offer confirms the total price, inclusions, extras and payment schedule before you commit.
Published tour packages currently use a reservation deposit of €200 per rider or driver, with the remaining tour balance paid on arrival. Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal and Revolut. Rental, race-assistance and custom arrangements may have different payment schedules, which must be agreed in advance.
A reservation deposit is separate from a refundable vehicle damage deposit. Check the conditions for your chosen package rather than assuming the same deposit applies to every tour.
4. Trip duration and included services
Riding or driving days in a tour name are not the full trip duration. For example, the Two Days Enduro Tour and Two Days Buggy Tour each include four trip days and three nights. Arrival, departure and rest days are shown separately in each itinerary.
Tour pages list the included accommodation, meals, vehicles, fuel, guides, support and transfers. Flights, personal travel insurance, alcohol and minibar expenses are excluded where stated. Gear rental, single rooms and optional activities may carry additional charges.
Accommodation is normally shared in double rooms unless agreed otherwise. Confirm any requested hotel or room changes and their cost before booking. Group-dependent features, such as the Super Special tour’s change of region for groups of three or more, apply only where the stated conditions are met.
5. Experience, equipment and participation
Tell us accurately about your motorcycle riding and driving experience. Routes can be adapted, but suitability depends on the activity, terrain and the group. Discuss any uncertainty with the team before booking.
Participants must follow guide briefings, use the required protective equipment, respect other people and the environment, and comply with applicable traffic and access rules. Do not ride or drive while impaired by alcohol, drugs or medication.
Confirm applicable age, driving-licence, event-entry and equipment requirements for your chosen activity before paying. These vary between motorcycle riding, buggy driving, water activities and race events.
Off-road activities involve uneven ground, changing weather and the risk of injury or vehicle damage. Guides may stop an activity where continuing would be unsafe. This does not remove any rights you have if a contracted service is not delivered properly.
6. Travel insurance and vehicle protection
Participants must arrange suitable travel insurance before travelling. Ask your insurer to confirm cover for the actual activities you will undertake, including off-road motorcycling, buggy driving, jet skiing or competition where applicable, and any necessary rescue, medical treatment and repatriation. Ordinary holiday cover may exclude these activities.
Optional vehicle damage protection is separate from personal travel insurance. Where offered, its price, covered damage and exclusions are described in the chosen package and booking documents. Do not assume that it covers every type of damage or liability.
7. Vehicle deposits and damage
Refundable damage deposits and optional protection vary by vehicle and package. The applicable amount must be confirmed before your booking; it is not the same as the reservation deposit.
The published vehicle-deposit arrangements provide for inspection and deduction of applicable repair costs, with the remaining deposit returned. Report existing damage before use and notify the team promptly of damage or mechanical problems during the activity.
Ask for the inspection findings and an explanation of any proposed deduction. A damage deposit is not automatically a cap on responsibility: any additional claim must be supported by the agreed terms and applicable law.
8. Cancellation, rescheduling and transfers
Contact us in writing as soon as you need to cancel or change a booking. Published tour pages describe the reservation deposit as non-refundable and allow it to be used toward a rescheduled tour or transferred to another person. Date changes depend on availability, and any price difference must be agreed before the change is confirmed.
This commercial deposit policy is subject to mandatory legal rights. Where package-travel rules apply, cancellation charges must be appropriate and justifiable; the deposit cannot automatically be retained in every circumstance. You may have a right to cancel without a fee and receive a refund where qualifying unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect the package or transport to the destination.
Transfers to another traveller may be subject to eligibility requirements, reasonable notice and lawful actual costs. A reschedule or credit does not replace a statutory refund unless you choose to accept that alternative. Request the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking before paying.
9. Changes, weather and service delivery
Routes, timings and activities may need adjustment for weather, trail access, water conditions or safety. Contact the team about seasonal availability, particularly for jet ski activities. Illustrative itineraries do not guarantee a specific trail or weather condition.
Material changes to your confirmed booking will be communicated with the available options. Where we cancel or cannot provide agreed services, your rights to alternatives, refunds, price reductions or compensation are determined by the contract and applicable law. These terms do not give us an unrestricted right to keep payments for services not provided.
10. Race bike rental and assistance
Race motorcycle rental and race assistance are separately priced unless your offer expressly combines them. Confirm the event, rental period, motorcycle, support scope, transport, deposits and payment terms in writing.
Do not assume event entry, a competition licence, accommodation or travel is included. Event dates, entry requirements and organiser rules must be checked before booking. A rental enquiry does not secure race entry. Changes or cancellation by an event organiser are handled under the applicable rental agreement and mandatory legal rights.
11. Website use and intellectual property
You may browse and print website information for personal trip planning. Website text, branding, photographs and other material belong to Enduro-Ride or their respective rights holders. Commercial reproduction, resale or misleading use of our branding requires permission, except where permitted by law.
You may link to our pages accurately without implying an endorsement. Do not impersonate our business, interfere with the website, submit malicious content or use it for unlawful purposes. External links lead to independently operated websites.
We aim to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If an error is identified, we will clarify it before booking; this does not allow us to disregard a confirmed contract or statutory rights.
12. Privacy and cookies
See our Privacy Policy for details of personal-data handling, and our Cookie Policy for website technologies. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, browsing this website alone does not supply it.
13. Problems, liability and your rights
Report any issue during your trip to the guide or team promptly so it can be addressed. For a written complaint, email enduroridebg@gmail.com with your booking details, what happened and the outcome you are seeking.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for negligence, fraud or failure to perform contracted services. Participation in an adventure activity is not a waiver of those rights.
Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections available to you. These terms do not restrict your right to contact a competent consumer authority, seek available dispute resolution or bring proceedings in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
Where your booking qualifies as a package, applicable package-travel protections, including pre-contract information and insolvency protection, remain unaffected. Your booking documentation must identify the relevant organiser and protection arrangements.
14. Changes to these terms
The revision date appears above. Updated website terms apply prospectively; posting a new version does not automatically change an existing booking. Keep a copy of the terms and written offer supplied for your reservation.
