DURATION AND ITINERARY
Day 1
Arrival in Sofia Airport and transfer to the hotel in the mountainsDay 2
Breakfast at 8 am, putting on the riding gear 9:30 am, finishing documents and paperwork and going on various tracks and uphills, having lunch around 13pm and getting back to the hotel in dependence of your riding level and stamina (usually between 16:30 and 18:00)Day 3,4
Breakfast and leaving with the bikes around 10 am, riding, lunch in local restaurants between 13pm-14pm and coming back to the hotel. Then SPA and rest and having dinner around 19:30.Day 5
Day off – day for rest and massage (usually massages are 30-40 euros per person) while we refill and freshen up the bikes for next days riding. Also we may change the location of stay as we have more than 5 mountains to choose from when riding in BulgariaDay 6,7
Riding days on various tracks in accordance to your level of riding and experienceDay 8
Breakfast, leaving the hotel and transfer back to Sofia airport to get your flight
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Best Time of the Year
The riding season is open from beginning of March till the middle of DecemberAccommodation
Either Hotel Bozhentsi or Family Hotel Balkanci (also we save our right to change the hotel in dependence to the ability of the hotels or weather forecast for the region). All our guests are accommodated in a double room. Any changes might be subject to additional charge depending on the area and hotel requirements. If we change locations of riding we’ll go to Bansko or VelingradFood
Breakfast and dinner are at the hotel, lunch is at the typical taverns or small restaurants in the forest. Don’t worry you can eat peacefully with the riding gear on!Guide and Tour Manager
PRICING – €1 830 per person
(Individual or Tour for Two is charged €2,190 per person)
Tour Duration
8 days (7 nights stay at a hotel) with 5 days riding
Difficulty
Depending on your riding skills – beginner, expert or pro. Average km per day – between 80km and 120 km tracks.
What’s Included
Transfer from the airport and back, all local transportation costs, 7 nights accommodation room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, mechanic, safety car support, professional guides, motorcycle and fuel
What Should be Paid Extra
Insurance (mandatory) , alcohol, flying tickets. If you are a pro rider and would like brand new tire – you can purchase one for only €55 in advance.
Riding Gear
As we do understand the bother of flying and carrying your own gear we could rent equipment for riding, just let us know in advance of your sizes so we could prepare in advance. Renting gear per day is charged €55 per person.
Insurance
1.Travel Insurance:
Before traveling, you must arrange standard tourist insurance for traveling abroad. This is a mandatory step and should be obtained from your homeland or current place of residence prior to your departure.
2.Bike Insurance:
You have the option to purchase bike damage insurance for your tour. The cost is €45 per riding day per bike. For example, in the Super Special Tour, which includes five riding days, the total insurance cost would be €225. This insurance covers potential damage to the bike during the tour.
If you choose not to purchase bike insurance, a refundable deposit of €200 will be required at the start of your tour. After the tour, any damages to the motorcycle will be assessed, and the repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount, if any, will be returned to you.
We are dedicated to maintaining our motorcycles in excellent condition to ensure every rider has the best experience.
Deposit
Reservation Deposit is €100 per rider to be sent to our Bank Account/PayPal/Revolut. Rest of the Tour price is payable upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, In case of cancellation due to any reason – the deposit is not refundable but you could use it for rescheduling for new tour or provide another person to use your deposit
